we are proud to present the new HKIB e--Learning service.
All members will be entitled to one free e-Learning course per year.
There are different subjects with learning focus on four major areas as follow:

- Personal Effectiveness
- Customer Services and Relationship Management
This e-Learning will provide a more flexible, interactive and
personalized learning experience,
with a view to addressing the needs of a large and diversified group of
candidates all over the territory with the following features:-

English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified version)
e-Learning management system (eLMS)
Learner could check
their progress by using the record tracking system and download supplementary learning materials for reference with ease.
Audios visual and animation elements
Learners could enhance their language proficiency in the technical terminologies with the audio support.
Simulations of common business scenarios
Learners could put into practice what they had learnt under a safe
environment.
