How can I apply e-LMS account?

The applicant needs to fill out the on-line registration form. The applicant can access e-LMS after received the confirmation email within 2 working days.

What are the programs provided in e-LMS?

There are 4 main categories (Business & Professional Development, Account & Finance, Personal Effectiveness and Customer Services & Relationship Management) in our program list. Please refer to Course Enrollment page.

I am not the HKIB members. Can I register e-LMS account?

Yes. Being the HKIB member, one free e-Learning course will be given.

About Course Enrollment

How can I enroll the course?

The applicant needs to fill out the course enrollment form. Completed form together with the appropriate course fees should be submitted to the HKIB by post or in person. Upon the receipt of the enrollment form and payment, HKIB will send the email to confirmation notify the applicant

About System Requirement

What is the system requirements for running e-LMS?

There is some hardware/software required to run the e-LMS. For more details about system requirements, please browse System Requirements page.

About Course

I found that e-Learning course cannot run normally. What can I do?

This may be caused by the insufficient system requirements. The e-Learning course must be executing under Java plug-in browser. After log in e-LMS, the system is going to check your computer any software missing in your browser.
