Graphic Designer - Marketing, Membership & Events

Job Description

To provide high-quality deliverables in marketing campaign and communications to HKIB members and stakeholders by supporting the Marketing, Membership & Events (MME) Team to enhance Membership engagement and build brand awareness.  

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible to manage the design projects from concept, design to output and production
  • Handle design of collaterals and promotion materials for Institute’s wide scope of programmes and events
  • Maintain the brand consistency across all promotion platforms, online and offline
  • Act as the key liaison with external vendors for design work and production where necessary
  • Support other marketing tasks like video and photo editing
  • Assist in sourcing, design and production, and inventory of corporate souvenirs
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors 

 

Job Requirements

  • University degree in graphic design, advertising or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant industry background
  • Strong communications skills and attention to details
  • Creative and a good team player
  • Good PC skills including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other related design and editing tools
  • Experience in video shooting & editing is a plus
