Accounting Clerk

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for routine accounting function, including General Ledger, A/R, A/P and follow up and communicate with other departments
  • Monitor and collect receipts on a timely basis
  • Assist Accounting Manager to handle month-end closing, cash flow report, bank reconciliation and budget
  • Liaise with Bank and external auditors
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Finance / Accounting
  • 2-years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
  • Experience in MYOB is preferred
  • Attention to details, well-organized, good time management to meet tight deadlines
  • Mature, self-motivated, willing to learn and with high work integrity
  • Good MS software skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred
