Job Description
The Senior Manager / Manager of Relationship Management will play a pivotal role in driving HKIB institutional proposition and strategy to provide training and consultancy service through training needs identification and solutions offering. He/she will also work closely with programme owners to ensure commercialisation of broad range of HKIB training programme to the industry.
Job Responsibilities
Define and prepare the business development plan to achieve annual target
Calls on banks to deepen relationships and proactively owns, responds to, uncovers and anticipates future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations
Provide thought leadership in marketing strategy and activities for brand building of ECF qualification with Programme Development team to cater for market needs
Participate in projects related to professional qualifications and competence development
Networks with banks to identify avenues for new business opportunities
Explore and meet potential clients through various channels to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Conduct training needs analysis to identify suitable training solutions to clients for all Professional Qualification Programmes and Continuing Development Programmes
Analyze business and financial data to generate regular reports for management review
Administrate the relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire training process, ensuring the proper application of policies and institutional processes
Be familiar with current regulatory and policy landscape, identify finance market trends and propose product enhancement initiatives
Supervise a small team to drive and implement the business development plan
Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
Degree holder or above
Experience gain from Banking & Finance and/or Training & Development industry
Minimum 10 years relevant experience
Holders of HKIB professional qualifications will be advantageous
Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams to provide an exceptional client experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Be a pro-active, innovative, self-motivated, good team player, and result oriented
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
