Senior Officer - Marketing, Membership & Events
Job Responsibilities
- Manage CRM system and membership database and prepare analytical management reports
- Execute and implement overall membership activities to ensure alignment and achievement of the overall objectives of membership recruitment and retention
- Implement membership benefits campaigns including liaison with collaborative partners and vendors
- Support stakeholders’ communication including eDM, event updates, social media posts and member updates in bi-monthly journal
- Support networking events, seminars, conferences, awards, sponsored luncheons, school projects, government-funded projects, etc.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- University degree holder or above, preferably in marketing or event management
- Minimum 3 years of membership, customer service, marketing or event management experience
- Experience in membership recruitment and event management an advantage
- Strong communications skills and attention to details
- Proactive and a good team player
- Outgoing, curious and resourceful
- Excellent English and Chinese writing skills with the ability to devise attractive promotion materials and punchy communication messages
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good PC skills including MS Office, Adobe and simple website editing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Officer position
