Purpose	For enhancing and deepening practitioners competency level and building capabilities for young talents.
Target	Practitioners in GSF Bachelor’s Degree Holders* University Students*	ECF-Fintech Professional Qualification Holders
Maximum Reimbursement	80% Reimbursement for Practitioners & Bachelor’s Holders (Up to HKD10,000) 100% Reimbursement for Full-time University Students (Up to HKD10,000)	80% Reimbursement (Up to HKD25,000)
Eligible Programme / Module	Certified Banker (Stage II) - Specialist Certificate in GFS) ECF-Green and Sustainable Finance (Core Level)	ECF-Fintech (Core Level) ECF-Fintech (Professional Level)
