What is ASCEND Certificate?
By achieving the ASCEND Certificate, banking practitioners demonstrate the practical application of their learning and are acknowledged for their commitment to ongoing capability development within the banking industry.
How to obtain the ASCEND Certificate?
(i) Participants must complete at least 6 hours of ASCEND CPD courses in a calendar year, with a minimum of 2 hours in each of the three skill areas; and
(ii) Participants must submit a reflective essay with a minimum of 300 words.

Current banking practitioners looking to expand their essential knowledge in Technology and Data, Soft Skills and Banking Knowledge to enhance their professional growth and competitiveness.
Assessment
Assessment: Submission of a reflective essay with a minimum of 300 words.
