Senior Programme Officer - ECF Programmes

The Senior Programme Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of professional qualification programmes for the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF).

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the development and implementation of ECF programmes to enhance the professional competence of industry practitioners
  • Plan and implement ECF programmes to cater for market needs as to meet the expectation of regulator
  • Manage programme scheduling and resources planning (e.g. trainers) and facilitate end to end programme delivery
  • Execute quality assurance measures to manage the ECF programmes
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to raise market awareness of ECF programmes, including academics, professional bankers, regulators and university students
  • Participate in projects related to Qualifications Framework and its relevant accreditation initiative
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
     

Job Requirements
 

  • Degree holder or above; major in Business, Banking, Finance, Education, Language or Human Resources disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience gained from banking, financial, education or training & development industry is preferred
  • Strong in project management, analytical and problem-solving skills; good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, customer oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office & Chinese typing
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Programme Officer
