Senior Officer, Professional Assessment & Certification

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and operational supports under the scope of professional assessment in Professional Qualification Programmes (PQPs), Continuing Development Programmes (CDPs) and B.E.S.T. Programmes, including all pre-examination, during-examination and post-examination works for both F2F and remote examination;
  • Handle customers’ enquiries under the scope of professional assessment and certification via email and hotline;
  • Assist the relationship management for in-house clients under the scope of professional assessment and certification by providing high-quality and timely services with excellent customer experiences;
  • Assist in managing and delivering the post-approval logistics and operational supports in exemption, grandfathering and certification services of professional qualifications;
  • Assist in managing and providing relevant training to pool of invigilators in both face-to-face and remote examination;
  • Assist in maintaining and revising the policy, procedure and guideline under the scope of professional assessment and certification;
  • Assist in compiling various management information reports as to reflect business updates for decision
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
     

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5-year relevant experience gained from banking, financial, training and education industries preferred
  • Energetic, customer-oriented, pleasant, self-motivated and proactive
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Less experience will be considered as Officer
