Senior Manager/Manager, Relationship Management

The Senior Manager / Manager of Relationship Management will play a pivotal role in driving HKIB institutional proposition and strategy to provide training and consultancy service through training needs identification and solutions offering.  He/she will also work closely with programme owners to ensure commercialisation of broad range of HKIB training programme to the industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and prepare the business development plan to achieve annual target
  • Calls on banks to deepen relationships and proactively owns, responds to, uncovers and anticipates future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations
  • Networks with banks to identify avenues for new business opportunities
  • Explore and meet potential clients through various channels to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify suitable training solutions to clients for all Professional Qualification Programmes and Continuing Development Programmes
  • Analyze business and financial data to generate regular reports for management review
  • Administrate the relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire training process, ensuring the proper application of policies and institutional processes
  • Be familiar with current regulatory and policy landscape, identify finance market trends and propose product enhancement initiatives
  • Supervise a small team to drive and implement the business development plan

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • Experience gain from Banking & Finance and/or Training & Development industry
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Holders of HKIB professional qualifications will be advantageous
  • Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams to provide an exceptional client experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be a pro-active, innovative, self-motivated & good team player
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
