Business Development Officer (Relationship Management) (1-year contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full admin support to the Department of Relationship Management;

  • Provide support for training development and logistics for both HK and non-local market, including scheduling courses, preparation of promotion piece; classroom booking / negotiation; training materials review, formatting; event/training on-site support; and etc.;

  • Execute measures to manage the quality of training programmes, events, special projects and relevant activities;

  • Provide support in enrolment processes and liaison with internal and external parties;

  • Travel arrangement for the team and prepare expense reports;

  • Execute administrative projects as assigned by supervisors; and

  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above;
  • 2 years administrative working experience, experience in banking & training industry is preferred;
  • Experience gain from education sector, training operations, invigilator or examiner event management is preferred;
  • Good analytical skill and attention to details;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Be people-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, self-motivated and eager to learn, possess the ability to work under pressure, must be a good team player;
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
  • Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point, Chinese word processing;
  • Occasional travel to mainland China and Macao is required;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Senior Business Development Officer position;
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred.
