Senior Manager – Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF)

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop ECF qualification programmes to enhance the professional competence of the human capital in the banking industry
  • Plan and organize marketing strategy and activities for brand building of ECF qualification Plan and implement training of ECF qualification programmes to cater for market needs as to meet the expectation of regulatory bodies
  • Execute measures to manage the quality assurance of product and its delivery
  • Participate in projects related to professional qualifications and competence development, i.e. accreditation assessment on ECF qualifications
  • Explore professional network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including professional bankers, academics and experts from regulatory bodies to strengthen and expand resources for the Institute
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above; major in banking, finance, business, education and language disciplines preferred
  • Holder of HKIB or other relevant professional qualifications will be advantageous
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the banking & financial industry or training & development disciplines
  • Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic, customer oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and result oriented
  • Ability to work with senior management is a must
  • Proficient in MS Office & Chinese typing
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
