Human Resources Officer

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is a HR generalist role to support the Institute in all HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, analytical reports, HR systems, learning & development and staff engagement.


Job Responsibilities
 

  • Provide administrative supports of the entire employment cycle from hiring to exit process
  • Conduct interviews for designated job roles/levels
  • Support on interview/meeting arrangement and documentation
  • Assist in records management including HR system, SharePoint, and staff personal files
  • Lead, support and participate in staff engagement initiatives
  • Engage in any HR and Institute initiatives

Job Requirements
 

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
  • 2 years or above of relevant experience, fresh university graduates will also be considered
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Good Command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer software applications including MS Office/365, Visio, Chinese word processing
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Officer , Human Resources position
