Training Assistant (Part-time)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to trainers during FLEX Learning sessions conducted via Zoom.
- Manage and maintain accurate attendance records for all training sessions.
- Monitor Zoom chat and respond to participant inquiries promptly.
- Guide participants in using Zoom features and offer phone support when needed.
- Encourage and assist participants in engaging with in-class activities.
- Perform administrative tasks related to FLEX Learning, including data entry and record keeping.
- Support physical training sessions by setting up rooms and equipment.
- Monitor participant attendance during in-person sessions.
- Address participant questions and provide on-site support to trainers.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in any discipline.
- Experience with Zoom video conferencing and physical room/equipment setup is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
